You will manage budgets, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, ensure on-time delivery, and produce key deliverables like charters and implementation plans.

You will drive procurement, risk management, and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes while maintaining budgets and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with business, InfoSec, and IT teams.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience with vendor selection and management.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage procurement processes to select vendors.
• Coordinate across teams on project reporting, prioritization, resource allocation, and visibility.
• Estimate project budget and validate utilization against resources engaged.
• Forecast project budget based on resource utilization.
• Coordinate and engage with stakeholders, including business users and vendors, from feasibility study to realization.
• Negotiate with users to reach consensus on requirements, delivery schedule, and resource commitment.
• Set up infrastructures and milestones.
• Identify issues/risks with mitigation plans to avoid impacts and escalations.
• Escalate issues and impacts to stakeholders.
• Plan and execute user acceptance testing with sign-off.
• Plan and execute production deployment with sign-off.
• Ensure proper transitioning services implemented.
• Produce quality deliverables such as project charter and implementation plan.
• Update all stakeholders with status and risks.
• Enable IT support.
• Project closure sign-off.
