Job summary

New Era Technology seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee NYU IT infrastructure initiatives, coordinating with NYU personnel, architects, engineers, construction project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure ITS requirements, standards, and objectives are met throughout planning, design, bidding, construction, and implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Senior Level (7+ years) experience in ITS/infrastructure projects.
• Fluent English; PMP preferred; SCRUM/AGILE PM techniques a plus; CCNA required.
• Knowledge of building infrastructure standards, vendor management, and project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management and technical support for ITS components across capital projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to incorporate NYU IT requirements.
• Develop and review SOWs, technical specs, and project documentation.
• Maintain project databases and documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Review invoices, change orders, and ensure alignment with scopes.
• Monitor risks and ensure deliverables meet schedules and standards.
• Support transition of completed infrastructure into NYU IT operations.
