• 10+ years of project management experience with fixed-bid projects
• PMP certification required
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocations in fixed-bid environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, time, cost, quality, HR, risks and communication for projects
• Deliver timely, high-quality, cost-effective service to clients
• Interface between client and technical team to identify business needs
• Create project plans, track progress and share with client
• Prioritize new functionality with Architect and Tech Lead
• Support Validation and UAT to ensure business requirements are met
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Manage project dependencies and critical path
• Collaborate with QA and Documentation teams
• Maintain overall schedule and deliverables
• Coach and mentor project teams, ensure adequate skills and knowledge
• Identify and resolve issues among project teams
• Obtain and communicate client feedback, identify farming opportunities
• Lead project initiation and drive growth, quality, satisfaction
• Ensure regular collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Hand over from sales to delivery, manage changes
• Escalate delivery issues and monitor risks
• Provide management oversight per risk analysis
• Ensure project profitability and close financial files on project closure
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards
