You will oversee complex IT projects, drive process improvements, and establish a Center of Excellence, while leveraging market intelligence to prioritize efforts and align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance (Q or TS/SCI) required.
• Minimum seven years as a Senior IT Project Manager in large, secure IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation to completion, aligning with objectives and timelines.
• Drive process improvement to boost operational efficiency enterprise-wide.
• Establish and grow a Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on best practices and standards.
• Lead market intelligence initiatives to inform strategic decisions and prioritization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and priorities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure delivery.
• Monitor performance and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
