Qualifications

• Active clearance: Q, or TS/SCI.
• 7+ years as Senior IT Project Manager in secure environments.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; equivalent exp.
• PMP, CSM, or Lean Six Sigma certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive process design and optimization across the enterprise.
• Establish and support a Center of Excellence for best practices.
• Lead market intelligence efforts to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to set priorities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Monitor performance and ensure scope, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
