• 8+ years of IT project management experience with PMP certification.
• 8+ years of experience with Agile Scrum and/or SAFe.

• 8+ years managing integrated product teams for healthcare systems.
• Experience with healthcare insurance systems similar to CMBHS.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and UAT management.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, budgeting, team leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery of large-scale software development initiatives. The Project Manager will oversee project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and documentation while ensuring successful project outcomes. Candidates must possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience within large healthcare or health insurance system environments is highly preferred. Scrum Master certification is a plus.

• 8+ years of experience managing customer-oriented Integrated Product Teams.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, business process mapping, and requirements documentation for healthcare insurance systems similar to CMBHS.
• 8+ years of experience utilizing Azure DevOps.
• 8+ years of experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• 8+ years of experience using Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of experience preparing Formal Business Cases and Project Charters.
• Direct experience working with Health and Human Services (HHS) environments.
• Scrum Master Certification is a plus.
