Job summary

Apolis is seeking Senior IT Project Managers to drive the enterprise Order to Cash transformation program. You will lead complex workstreams spanning integration, data conversion, testing, deployment, and stabilization, aligning business, IT, and vendors to commitments.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong delivery ownership, technical fluency, and ability to quickly learn the program, build productive relationships, and manage stakeholder expectations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Eight+ years of experience managing complex enterprise IT projects with multiple teams and vendors.
• Delivery experience in enterprise integrations, data conversion, or cutover and deployment of critical systems.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical dependencies into executable plans, risks, and business impacts.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project financial forecasting, resource planning, and vendor deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of assigned OTC workstreams, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate with business process owners, architects, developers, testers, and vendors on deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain schedules, risk logs, and status reports; escalate unresolved dependencies with options.
• Facilitate working sessions and drive commitments across matrixed teams.
• Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing, including environments and data.
• Manage changes through program governance and assess impact on scope, schedule, and cost.
