Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project management from RFP to Hypercare rollout.
• Deliver multiple projects simultaneously while managing stakeholders.
• Develop project governance and risk mitigation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, SOPs, and PMO policies; provide regular reports.
