This onsite position requires four days per week in the Fulton Market District, offering a salary between $83,000 and $95,000 per year plus a robust benefits package including PTO, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in IT project coordination, system implementations, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Onsite 4 days/week in our Chicago office (Fulton Market District) with a strong communication focus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners.
• Lead and coordinate bridge calls involving multiple sites and teams.
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation of systems, equipment, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Support system configuration, testing, and validation activities.
• Coordinate with smart hands technicians for on-site equipment installs, providing necessary documentation.
• Manage equipment ordering, shipping/tracking, and return logistics.
