Job summary

The Aspen Group is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT projects from RFP through Hypercare in our Chicago office. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with transparent reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management, strong stakeholder communication, and hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Monday.com.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Monday.com.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end project management, from RFP to Hypercare rollout.
• Ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Be a trusted advisor to business, proficient in stakeholder management.
• Develop project governance, lead steering/co meetings, assess risk and mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budget.
