Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Proven track record managing IT projects from initiation to closeout.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enterprise technology projects across infrastructure upgrades, app support, migrations, and modernization.
• Manage full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action-item trackers.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, resource needs, and outcomes with stakeholders.
• Coordinate initiatives involving infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and architecture improvements.
• Support planning for outages, maintenance windows, and system upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers, DBAs, support teams, and architects to coordinate activities.
• Assist with disaster recovery planning, testing coordination, and operational readiness.
