StarTekk Inc in Michigan seeks a Senior Project Manager (PM3) to support the State of Michigan PMO and Department of Treasury on a high-priority IT project. The role is local to Michigan with onsite requirements for day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communications, while ensuring PMM/SEM compliance and coordinating across agencies and vendors. Strong PMO tooling and SaaS integration experience are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years IT project management experience.
• 7+ years delivering projects on time and within budget.
• 7+ years managing budgets, schedules, change requests, risks, and issues.
• 7+ years of experience developing and presenting project status reports.
• 5+ years using project portfolio management tools such as Clarity.
• 5+ years of advanced working knowledge of MS Project.
• 5+ years of experience managing stakeholders and system owners across departments.
• 5+ years overseeing technical teams involving system architecture and SaaS integrations.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT projects involving COTS technology.
• 5+ years managing multi-vendor projects in a government environment.
• 5+ years developing and maintaining detailed project integration schedules.
• 5+ years of prior developer or senior technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation using Clarity.
• Monitor and control project scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, and risks.
• Prepare and present project status reports to executives, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate with technical and business teams.
• Develop and maintain SUITE Project Management Methodology (PMM) deliverables, including project charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and project closure documents.
• Coordinate project interfaces and communications across multiple agencies.
• Ensure compliance with State of Michigan SUITE PMM and System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• Manage change requests, corrective action plans, risks, and issues.
• Review vendor contracts, monitor vendor deliverables, and ensure compliance with approval procedures.
• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and agency leadership.
• Manage technical teams responsible for system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions.
