Job summary

FastTek seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the DTMB Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO) for a multi-year high-priority project with the Michigan Department of Treasury and MGCB. Role requires coordinating with technical teams and agency executives in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

The position offers a hybrid work model: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote, with strong emphasis on communication and governance across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, change requests, risk and issue logs.
• 5+ years managing stakeholders and system owners across departments.
• 3+ years ADA compliance experience.
• 3+ years file transfer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Use Clarity to plan schedules, resources and budgets.
• Prepare presentations for executives, managers and teams.
• Monitor progress and manage cost, schedule, scope, risks.
• Communicate status to sponsors and MGCB/DTMB management.
• Lead collaboration between technical and business teams.
• Maintain PMM deliverables: Charter, Schedule, Budget, Plans, Reports.
• Manage vendor contracts and Change Requests.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions and ensure deliverables.
