Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an IT Project Manager for a hybrid, contract role based in the United States. You will lead several concurrent technology projects across infrastructure, applications and cybersecurity, using both waterfall and Agile practices.

You will communicate status and risks clearly to senior leadership. The role requires strong planning, coordination across cross-functional teams, and delivery of milestones within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multiple IT projects in waterfall or hybrid environments.
• Strong ability to create and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior/executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead around 5 concurrent IT projects from initiation through closeout.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams.
• Develop detailed plans, schedules and roadmaps for each project.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and change control.
• Prepare and deliver status reports and presentations to senior leadership.
• Track budget, timeline and resource allocation against baselines.
• Manage vendor/contractor deliverables as needed.
• Document lessons learned and drive PM process improvements.
