Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, leads, organizes, and motivates cross-functional teams of medium to medium-high complexity and visibility.
• Acts as a primary communication hub between departments to foresee risks, formulate plans, and organize activities to ensure sprints are completed on time.
• Acts as a change agent and adapts processes to maximize productivity of the team.
• Coaches Product leaders on the roadmap and backlog management.
• Coaches the agile team on user story writing, sizing and acceptance criteria definition.
• Drives development of release and sprint roadmaps.
• Removes impediments for the agile teams
• Ensures efficient communication between the agile team and the Product Owner.
• Coordinates and facilitates sprint planning and PI planning, sprint execution, impediment removal and tracking, sprint review, and retrospectives.
• Partners with project and release managers in production deployment activities as necessary.
• Works with Product Owners to support short and long-term release planning, and to keep work backlog health and prepared for execution.
• Develops reports on sprint execution status, schedule, and agile metrics such as velocity and cycle time.
• Keeps team accountable for delivering on planned outcomes (PI and sprint).
