Job summary

Stefanini, Inc is seeking an IT Project Manager in Miami, FL for a 12-month staff augmentation engagement. The role leads end-to-end migration planning, coordination between client infrastructure teams and Stefanini engineering pods, and drives risks to closure.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT project or program management.
Experience leading infrastructure programs (virtualization, data center migration, hosting).
Hands-on with virtualization/infrastructure concepts.
Experience with distributed delivery teams and offshore resources.
Proficiency with project and ITSM tooling (MS Project/Smartsheet/Jira; ServiceNow).
HIPAA/regulatory environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the migration plan, cadence, and progress view for the Nutanix migration program.
Lead intake, readiness, RAID log, and change management across waves.
Coordinate client and Stefanini teams; produce weekly status and monthly executive summaries.
Manage day-to-day resource assignment, utilization, and on-call coverage.
Drive transition from migration to managed services with handover and runbook development.
