Job summary

The Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is recruiting a Project Manager III to oversee the full life cycle of projects for the FDA's Office of Food Policy and Response. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure timely, compliant deliverables.

A PMP is preferred and a solid background in enterprise IT is required. Join a federal contractor that emphasizes rigorous planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum seven years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects within an enterprise IT environment and coordinate activities across technical teams, program stakeholders, and government leadership.
• Support OFPR in project planning by gathering information, developing project plans and timelines, and identifying required resources.
• Oversee the full project life cycle from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, schedules, milestones, and deadlines using project management software.
• Supports working group leads with scheduling and facilitating meetings; prepare meeting agendas, minutes, action items, and routine status reports.
• Tracks project progress, document milestones, and update timelines for assigned deliverables.
