Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries seeks an HR Project Manager to oversee a high-volume portfolio of HR initiatives, ensuring they are planned, resourced, tracked, and delivered on schedule. You will coordinate across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations and external partners to drive successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes formal project management methodologies, governance, and transparent reporting to HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of progressive project management experience.
• Preferred PMP certification.
• Experience in HR projects and Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of concurrent HR projects across multiple functional areas.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate resources across HR, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, and vendors.
• Facilitate governance meetings and leadership reviews.
• Provide leadership-level project reporting and status updates.
