Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium- to large-scale IT software development and enterprise projects. You will coordinate across agency stakeholders and with the Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology Office to ensure timely delivery and alignment with agency goals.

The role requires senior leadership, strong PM skills, and experience with SDLC, PMBOK, and change management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree plus 7–10 years of technical project management in leading multi-project IT initiatives.
• PMI/PMP and Scrum certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid, Azure DevOps, SaaS, COTS, Data Warehouse.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex medium to large IT software development lifecycle projects from initiation to deployment.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, manage risks and issues, and report status.
• Drive change management and implement solutions-based improvements.
