Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC seeks an experienced IT Program/Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives with budgets over $20 million. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and drive programs in a complex enterprise environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects across departments and with government partners.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with budgets > $20 million.
• Experience managing IT projects within a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Experience managing vendors and/or third-party solution providers.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling diverse stakeholders and system owners across departments.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments in government contexts.
• Experience delivering PM services for IT projects involving COTS.

Responsibilities

Job description

Experience managing projects with budgets greater than $20 million.

Experience managing IT projects within a large, complex enterprise environment.

Experience managing vendors and/or third-party solution providers.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Experience leading multiple concurrent projects and driving work to successful completion with minimal supervision.

Experience handling variety of stakeholders and system/ business owners from other departments.

Experience managing multi-vendor environment in a government environment.

Experience providing project management services for IT Projects involving Commercial Off the Shelf Technology (COTS).

Oversee technical teams with system architecture and integration across SaaS solutions.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant project management certification.

Experience using project portfolio management systems and tools (eg. Clarity).

Previous experience working within state government, the Department of Corrections, or other public sector agencies.
