Job summary

CGS Business Solutions is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (IT PMO) for a nationwide manufacturing client. This contract role will lead complex technology, business, facilities, and operational initiatives across the enterprise, guiding initiatives from initiation through post-go-live support while balancing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk.

Candidates should have 5–10+ years of enterprise PM experience, strong communication skills, and proven ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of enterprise project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong vendor management and accountability experience.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
• Familiarity with PMO governance and best practices.
• Manufacturing, plant operations, or supply chain systems experience a plus.
• Exposure to Oracle, JDE, MuleSoft, and/or Snowflake is desirable.
• PMP or similar certifications are a plus.
