Job summary

Forge Group, LLC is seeking a Senior IT Project Management Specialist to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) under the AT Directorate. The role covers IT project management, technical writing, process improvement, and performance measurement across the AT IT portfolio.

This position requires DoD/Federal experience and security clearance readiness. The candidate will manage multiple IT projects, draft IT documentation, and coordinate with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of professional experience.
• Master's degree or 5+ years leading or supporting complex projects.
• Experience in Federal/DoD IT project management.
• Technical writing experience producing IT security plans, policies, and system documentation.
• Familiarity with NIST standards and Federal IT compliance documentation.
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT project management support for task projects from inception to completion.
• Provide technical writing support for AT projects, including security plans and policies.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and maintain information development plans.
• Provide first-tier customer support related to AT contracts.
• Develop and edit technical documentation for process improvement initiatives.
• Draft recommendations and supporting documentation for IT policies and standards.
• Monitor IT-related activities and review compliance documentation.
