Job summary

Forge Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Management Lead to support DCSA in the AT Directorate, providing PMBOK- and CMMI-aligned program management, governance support, onboarding/offboarding, and executive-level reporting. The role is contingent on contract funding and requires DoD knowledge.

The position offers remote work with on-site requirements at selected DCSA sites as needed, monthly senior leadership briefings, and heavy collaboration across divisions.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) or more years of professional experience.
• A Master's degree, OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or supporting complex projects; AND At least five (5) years of experience supporting project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of PMBOK and CMMI project and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting Federal governance activities, Program Management Reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Experience designing onboarding and offboarding processes involving GFP/GFE, credentialing, and network account provisioning.
• Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMBOK- and CMMI-aligned program management support.
• Support governance activities and executive-level reporting for AT leadership.
• Create onboarding and offboarding processes involving GFP/GFE, credentialing, and account provisioning.
• Prepare daily briefing materials and coordinate leadership meetings.
