Job summary

The Project Manager III at BOKF oversees coordination and status reporting for large IT projects, establishing project management processes to ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality across the enterprise.

This role partners with senior management and stakeholders, mentors teams, and drives continuous improvement in project governance within a secure, data-driven banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related IT field with 7–10 years of IT project management experience.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Experience in financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals to define timelines, budget limits, technical scope, and objectives.
• Build project plans outlining procedures, staffing, and phase coordination.
• Manage budgets and track expenses, dependencies, and critical path activities.
• Partner with stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to align expectations and clarify requirements.
• Monitor progress through status reports, adjust plans as needed, and support testing and QA.
• Lead project execution by guiding teams and translating business needs into system design.
