Job summary

Busey is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager II to lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional banking initiatives aligned with strategic objectives.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Planning, you will ensure governance, risk management, and consistent application of PM methodologies while coordinating with business units, IT, risk, compliance, and executives. Experience with M&A integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at all levels.
• Understanding of banking operations, risk, compliance, and regulatory expectations.
• Budgeting, cost tracking, and resource planning proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale, enterprise-wide projects across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closeout.
• Allocate PM tools and resources to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with priorities.
• Establish clear expectations, roles, and accountability for project teams.
