Job summary

Novalink Solutions is seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager - Advanced for a 1-year contract in West Columbia, SC. The role requires leading complex IT initiatives, guiding business analysis, and delivering on time with clear documentation and executive reporting.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication, while coordinating with internal IT, vendors, and agency partners. Strong requirements gathering and process improvement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years project management experience with moderate to high complexity.
• Minimum 5 years experience in business analysis and process redesign.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.
• Strong ability to simultaneously manage multiple work efforts.
• Strong schedule management and resource planning skills.
• Ability to identify, map, and re-engineer business processes.
• Integrated Master Schedule skills."PowerBI and dashboards".

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, communication, and resource coordination.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, status reports, and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional teams including internal IT, vendors, SMEs, and agency partners.
• Facilitate work sessions to validate scope, requirements, and deliverables; maintain alignment with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and issues; recommend and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support procurement processes as needed (RFPs, SOWs, vendor oversight) consistent with state and Admin procurement standard.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, security requirements, records management standards, and project governance frameworks.
