• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst.
• 3+ years of state government experience.

• 6+ years of data mapping experience.
• 6+ years of process testing and improvement.
• 6+ years of process and procedure documentation.
• 6+ years creating statements of work and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes and software mappings.
• Review business processes and propose improvements.
• Perform enterprise software QA analysis.
• Resolve software pain points with staff and track helpdesk tickets.
• Propose software improvements and modifications.
• Liaise between project manager, vendor, and program staff.
• Prepare documentation and reports for change orders or statements of work.
• Provide training on recommended process changes.
