Qualifications

• Experience in a highly regulated, audit-conscious environment with formal documentation and reporting.
• Experience managing projects using traditional waterfall and hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple medium/high complexity projects with deep engagement across all workstreams under PMO supervision.
• Partners with the project business owner and technical lead to determine delivery strategy and guide the project team.
• Delivers concise executive communications and recommendations to sponsors and senior leadership.
• Manages complex team dynamics, conducts negotiations, and mitigates risks to achieve objectives.
• Maintains project plans, schedules, cost forecasts, and stakeholder alignment throughout the lifecycle.
