Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Six (6) years of experience implementing and managing large scale information systems projects, OR ten (10) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-year IT modernization projects from planning through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and success metrics.
• Coordinate governance, risk, and vendor management to ensure successful delivery.
