Base pay range

$58.00/hr - $62.00/hr

Responsibilities

Kforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to support a client in Downey, CA. This role requires regular onsite presence across multiple locations in Downey and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Capital construction projects and a proven ability to manage medium-scale IT initiatives from planning through execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Capital project initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and senior leadership
• Develop and execute detailed project plans including schedules, resource forecasts, and change management strategies
• Monitor and manage project financials, including budget justification and cost tracking
• Ensure compliance with established processes, policies, and SDLC standards
• Promote project vision and maintain alignment of team capabilities with project demands
• Identify and escalate risks, and recommend process improvements as needed
• Support user adoption and training plans as part of organizational change management

Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
