Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $60.00/hr

We are hiring for our client in the healthcare industry.

Duration: 12 months

Location: Remote (local to CA)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare IT research data projects from planning to close-out
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams: clinical, data, technical, and academic stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with institutional and research policies (IRB, HIPAA, contracts, etc.)
• Manage documentation: reports, meeting notes, action items
• Support data acquisition, integration, and research data management platforms
• Provide oversight for BioData Catalyst program and similar initiatives
• Facilitate communication across research, clinical, and data science domains
• Track and report program status, budgets, and deliverables

Requirements:

• 5+ years in health informatics project management
• BA/BS in a related field (e.g., Health IT, Informatics, Biomedical Engineering)
• Strong technical PM skills and experience building business cases
• Knowledge of EMRs (e.g., Cerner), REDCap, HL7, FHIR, OMOP/OHDSI standards
• Familiar with healthcare research environments and clinical trials
• Strong communication skills and experience managing diverse project teams
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Teams, Visio; familiarity with AWS is a plus
• Understanding of compliance, data privacy, and research security protocols
• Bonus: Knowledge of ICD, CPT, LOINC, MedDRA coding systems
