Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience managing business-side projects in a structured environment.
• Proven ability to develop Business Requirements Documents and related artifacts.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-driven projects aligned with Global Markets priorities.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure clarity across stakeholder groups.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation to support execution.
• Coordinate with operations, business teams, and supporting technology groups.
• Maintain oversight of risks, issues, dependencies, and project milestones.
• Support testing cycles and training deliverables to ensure successful rollouts.
• Provide regular progress updates and communicate impacts to leadership.
