Qualifications
- 8+ years of IT project management experience leading medium-to-large technology initiatives.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience managing digital/web projects or online product launches.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation to post-production support.
- Coordinate Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, analysts, developers, QA, and stakeholders.
- Drive online product and website launches across technical and marketing teams.
- Develop and maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
- Manage risks, issues, and change requests with clear reporting.
