Reporting to the Director, IT Program Management, you will manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while fostering continuous improvement across programs.

• 3+ years delivering complex IT projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring methodologies are followed.

You will report directly to our Director, IT Program Management and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate and allocate resources, including internal team members and external vendors, to ensure project success

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including at least experience in a leadership or managerial role.
• 3+ years of experience in inspiring and mentoring a high-performing team with strong leadership skills
• 3+ years of experience in delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

• Relevant industry certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar.
