Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr IT Project Mgmt Specialist in Charlotte, NC to lead and mentor a team of IT project managers, shaping strategic direction and ensuring delivery of technology initiatives. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to align IT projects with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT project management with leadership roles.
• Strong leadership to mentor high-performing teams and guide projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure using established methodologies.
• Define scope, objectives, deliverables with crossfunctional teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets and risk management.
• Coordinate resources including internal staff and external vendors to ensure success.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
