Job summary

VITAS Healthcare seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of systems solutions and related application support across multiple business units. You will manage scope, resources, schedules and budgets, champion SDLC processes, and partner with QA and vendors to ensure on-time, high-quality results.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in SDLC methodologies with healthcare domain familiarity.

Qualifications

Minimum 6-10 years of progressively responsible experience managing projects across healthcare, banking/finance, logistics and more.
Experience managing projects following SDLC methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall or Kanban.
Ability to blend SDLC frameworks with traditional project management practices.
Proficient with project/portfolio management tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage delivery of multiple projects across domains including applications, infrastructure and data management.
Develop project plans, estimates, scope and success criteria aligned with strategic objectives.
Coordinate internal and vendor resources; manage budgets, risks and changes.
Provide status reports to sponsors and executives and ensure quality deliverables.
