Job summary

Frost Bank is seeking an IT Project Manager I in San Antonio to drive modernization initiatives and coordinate business system implementations across lines of business. You will lead project planning, stakeholder communication, and cross-team collaboration to deliver tangible results for customers.

Ideal candidates will have two years in analytical roles with supervisory exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of project management disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
• At least two years in an analytical role that involved supervisory functions.
• Excellent oral and writing communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of project management disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters, scopes, resource requirements, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and timelines.
• Initiate projects and schedule resources on tasks, status updates, and working sessions.
• Conduct meetings and update progress of projects.
• Prepare project reports and present to stakeholders.
• Document, assign, and track project issues and escalation of issues.
• Follow established project management methodology and deliverables.
• Ensure projects meet all audit and compliance requirements.
• Act with integrity, care, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes.
