Job summary

Fusion Technology LLC is seeking an IT Project Lead in Chantilly, VA, to guide technical execution across IT operations, systems engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives for government programs. The role requires a TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, a STEM degree, and 6+ years of relevant leadership experience.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure delivery of high-quality contract outcomes while complying with RMF/DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or an advanced degree in STEM or Business (MS, MBA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience managing enterprise IT systems, software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure modernization programs.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience serving as a Program or Project Manager leading technical efforts of similar size and complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical and program management for contract execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting IT operations, systems engineering, software development, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and quality to ensure successful contract execution.
• Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and oversee all contract deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, Federal and DoD standards, and organizational policies while driving continuous process improvement.
