Fusion Technology in Chantilly, VA, is seeking an IT Project Lead to drive technical execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives under DoD/IC contracts. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align delivery with SOW, and work closely with Government stakeholders to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly, six years of program management experience, and two years leading technical efforts.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience managing enterprise IT systems, software development, systems engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, or infrastructure modernization programs.
• Two+ years of experience serving as a Program or Project Manager leading technical efforts of similar size and complexity, DoD/IC preferred.
• Security clearance TS/SCI with CI Poly required for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical and program management for contract execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting IT operations, systems engineering, software development, cloud, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Manage cost, schedule, performance, staffing, risk, and quality to ensure successful contract execution.
• Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders and oversee all contract deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, Federal and DoD standards, and organizational policies while driving continuous process improvement.
