Job summary

omniConsultcorp is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to provide technical leadership on infrastructure deployments and cloud initiatives in Chantilly, VA. This role will involve significant interaction with government stakeholders and contractor teams to ensure successful implementations that support national security.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and at least 5 years of enterprise infrastructure experience. Benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and competitive salary compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of enterprise networking and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to coordinate infrastructure deployments across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for enterprise infrastructure deployments.
• Coordinate installation and testing of IT equipment.
• Serve as liaison between Government stakeholders and contractor teams.
• Support facility stand-up and operational transition activities.
• Evaluate cloud migration strategies and modern infrastructure initiatives.
