Job summary

InventYOU AB in Kentucky seeks an IT Project Manager to lead delivery of complex technology and business transformation initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and alignment with business objectives.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations, manage scope, risks, and governance, and report progress to sponsors and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management or Delivery Management experience.
• Demonstrated success delivering complex technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to manage scope, budget, timelines, risks and resources.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow PPM, or Smartsheet.
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methods.
• Good understanding of PMBOK project management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects from initiation through closure.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, governance, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations.
• Manage client relationships, stakeholder communication, and project reporting.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, financial performance, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning workshops, steering committees, and project meetings.
• Ensure successful project delivery, quality standards, and governance compliance.
• Support project planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare management reports and executive presentations.
