Job summary

Quantam Solutions seeks a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead IT projects across multiple teams in Kentucky. The role requires managing scopes, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver on commitments.

You will facilitate requirements sessions with executives and business users, track progress, and ensure SDLC compliance while driving timely releases and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects.
• Experience managing Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid software development projects.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions with executives and users.
• Experience writing BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Experience coordinating UAT and managing vendor deliverables.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, organize, and manage all project phases.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate activities among stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, and leadership.
• Facilitate meetings and executive briefings; report project health to management.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables meet quality expectations.
• Track budget, invoices, procurement, and contract deliverables.
• Coordinate release planning, testing, deployments, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards and SDLC processes.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep the schedule on track.
