Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a hands-on IT Project Technician II to support IT infrastructure deployments across our oncology practices. This remote-based role requires 50–60% travel to install workstations, network gear, telephony endpoints, and peripherals, and to support office openings, relocations, and refresh initiatives.

When not traveling, you will configure, image, and stage devices remotely, troubleshoot Windows, Active Directory/Entra ID, printing, and network issues, and assist remote

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support at Tier 2 level or above.
• Experience deploying and configuring hardware in multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, AD/Entra ID, and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site IT infrastructure deployments at practice locations.
• Deploy workstations, peripherals, printers, and network gear.
• Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting for Windows, AD/Entra ID, printing, and network issues.
