What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support strategic projects managed by the Chief of Staff or team leadership
• Develop comprehensive internal pitch materials, presentations, and scorecards to communicate project updates and insights effectively
• Conduct analyses using financial and other metrics to support presentations and strategic projects
• Manage internal processes including team meetings, updates, and report collection to improve collaboration and information sharing
• Prepare presentations tailored for senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of strategy consulting experience
• Basic understanding of the payer and provider ecosystem within healthcare
• Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
• Experience leading and managing internal and external meetings
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Insurance, and Medicaid programs
• Basic understanding of financial flows between payers and providers
• Familiarity with value-based care and its financial implications
