Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree requirements: Associate in IT or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's with 4+ years.
• Enterprise-level experience with AD, Exchange, M365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with authentication strategies such as SSO, Entra, PIM, and MFA.
• Project Management Certification preferred.

To support critical healthcare and business operations, the full-time Senior IT Programmer Analyst will manage complex workflow development, system configuration, and innovative application deployment while providing production support and participating in on-call coverage as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise applications including Microsoft M365, Active Directory, Azure, and various security and authentication workflows
• Lead projects ranging from stand‑alone applications to large-scale initiatives, providing estimates and producing system design documentation
• Mentor team members and promote IT policies related to change management and incident handling while delivering high-quality solutions

Required qualifications

• Associate Degree in IT or related field with 6+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3-5+ years of job-related experience required
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, M365, and Azure at an enterprise level
• Familiarity with authentication strategies such as SSO, Entra, PIM, and MFA
• Project Management Certification preferred
