Coho Consulting Group in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support enterprise IT initiatives for the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) at Hurlburt Field. You will plan, coordinate, execute, and close complex projects while ensuring alignment with customer objectives, budgets, schedules, and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent government program management experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Experience with government acquisition lifecycle and contract administration.
• IT program management methodologies and best practices.
• SLA performance monitoring and QASP reporting.
• Risk management, scheduling, and performance metrics.
• Collaboration with Government leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Executive reporting and briefing preparation.
• PMP certification and USSOCOM exp desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of IT projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide program management and administrative support for multiple Government IT initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition planning and development of SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, pricing docs, CDRLs, and security documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, QA metrics, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel to ensure project success.
• Maintain program documentation, contract records, and project repositories using Government-approved systems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation libraries supporting program operations.
• Review contractor deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
