Job summary

Coho Consulting Group in Coronado, CA seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives supporting the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE). You will plan, coordinate, execute, and close complex projects with a focus on objectives, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements.

This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication, strong program management skills, and the ability to liaise with CORs and SMEs to ensure contract compliance and successful

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent government program management experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with IT program management, SLAs, and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of IT projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide program management and administrative support for Government IT initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition documentation including SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, and CDRLs.
• Monitor SLA performance and QA metrics; prepare status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel to ensure success.
• Maintain program documentation and contract records.
