Job summary

Coho Consulting Group in Fort Bragg, NC seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise IT initiatives supporting the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE). You will plan, coordinate, execute, and close complex projects while aligning with objectives, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements.

The role requires Top-Secret clearance, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent government program management experience, and strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Active Top-Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent government program management experience may be substituted for formal education.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of IT projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide program management and administrative support for multiple Government IT initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition planning and development of SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, pricing documentation, CDRLs, and security documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, QA metrics, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel to ensure project success.
• Maintain program documentation, contract records, and project repositories using Government-approved systems.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation libraries supporting program operations.
• Review contractor deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance.
• Identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
