Job summary

Coho Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and support enterprise IT initiatives for the SOCOM Information Environment (SIE) in Camp Lejeune, NC. The role requires planning, coordinating, executing, and closing complex projects while ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Top-Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant government program management experience may be substituted for formal education.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Knowledge of government acquisition lifecycle and contract administration.
• Experience with SLA monitoring and QA reporting.
• Familiarity with DoD procurement processes (PMP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of IT projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide program management and administrative support for multiple Government IT initiatives.
• Assist with acquisition planning and development of SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, pricing docs, CDRLs, and security documentation.
• Monitor contractor performance against SLAs, QA metrics, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare project status reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Coordinate with CORs, SMEs, and contractor personnel to ensure project success.
• Maintain program documentation, contract records, and project repositories.
