Job summary

SpikeIT Global Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to plan, organize, and control large IT projects for transit-focused capital construction. Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large, complex IT projects across design, construction and closeout.
• Familiar with NJDCA permitting and plan review processes.
• Experience coordinating design reviews with engineers and SMEs.
• Proficient in reviewing network diagrams, RFIs, specs and shop drawings.
• Strong MS Office and Visio skills; familiarity with AEC documentation workflows.
• Experience with Planview or similar PPM tools; hyper-focused on timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT/communications/infrastructure projects across all phases.
• Facilitate technical design reviews and consolidate SME feedback.
• Liaise among SMEs, Engineering, IT, vendors and construction teams.
• Support construction oversight: site visits and documentation reviews.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, RFIs, specs and route to SMEs.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications.
• Lead teams to define requirements, develop schedules, and deliver on time/budget.
• Manage execution within staffing, budget, and resource constraints.
• Host project meetings; deliver updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.
• Administer PPM tool: user accounts, permissions, training, workflows.
• Coordinate project/systems training with business partners.
